Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with Leeroosa. We strive to deliver your order in the best condition and within the timeframes mentioned below.
1. Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Partners
We ship through reputed courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, and India Post depending on serviceability for your pincode. The choice of carrier is at our discretion and we always select the most reliable option for your location.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
- Tier-2 cities and towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote / North-East / Hill stations: 7–10 business days
- International orders (where applicable): 10–21 business days, subject to customs clearance
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as weather, festivals, lockdowns, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and the selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on eligible orders above the threshold displayed in your cart.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS / WhatsApp / email with the tracking number and a link to track the consignment. You can also track your order anytime from your account dashboard at My Orders.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If they are unable to reach you, the order may be returned to us as undelivered (RTO). In such cases, refund will be processed as per our refund policy after deducting reverse shipping costs.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure the shipping address is complete and correct at the time of placing your order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be intercepted once dispatched. Any reshipment will incur additional shipping charges.
8. Damaged or Missing Items on Delivery
If your package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours at support@leeroosa.com. Open-box / unboxing videos help us resolve such issues quickly with the courier partner.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most pincodes for orders below the per-order COD limit displayed at checkout. A small COD handling fee may apply. We reserve the right to refuse COD on certain orders at our discretion.
