Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy
At Leeroosa we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. This policy outlines how cancellations, returns, and refunds work.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order any time before it is shipped from our warehouse, at no charge. Once shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled but you may initiate a return after delivery as per the return policy below.
To cancel an order, go to My Orders, open the order, and click Cancel Order. You may also email us at support@leeroosa.com.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories are intact.
- The item is not in our list of non-returnable categories (see below).
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and customisation reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal-care, beauty, cosmetics and hair-care once opened or used.
- Innerwear, swimwear, lingerie, socks and similar items.
- Perishable goods, food items, supplements once opened.
- Customised, monogrammed or made-to-order products.
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Digital products, gift cards and downloadable content.
4. Wrong / Damaged / Defective Item
If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or one that doesn't match the description, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Email support@leeroosa.com with photos of the issue and we will arrange a free pickup and replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
5. Return Process
- Go to My Orders, open the order, and click Request Return.
- Select a reason and (where applicable) upload a photo.
- Our team reviews the request within 24 business hours.
- If approved, a reverse-pickup is scheduled with our courier partner.
- Once the returned item is received and quality-checked at our warehouse, the refund is initiated.
6. Refund Timeline

Actual posting time depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be applicable in cases such as items returned with signs of use, missing tags / accessories, or returned beyond the return window.
8. Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is free when the return is due to our error (wrong / defective / damaged item). For other returns, a reverse-shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
9. Exchange
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For a size / colour change, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
